GBP Poster offers four plans designed to scale with your business. All paid plans include unlimited posts and full AI-powered post generation.

Annual billing is available on all paid plans and saves you the equivalent of 2 months per year. Visit the pricing page for detailed annual pricing.
Upgrading & Downgrading
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Change Plan and select your desired plan.
- Confirm the upgrade. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Your new features become available immediately after upgrading. For example, upgrading from Starter to Pro unlocks multi-location support and city-tailored content right away.
Downgrading
To downgrade your plan:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Change Plan and select a lower-tier plan.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
Important: If you downgrade to a plan with fewer location slots than you currently use, you will need to choose which locations to keep active. Existing posts on removed locations remain published on Google but can no longer be managed from GBP Poster.
Managing Your Subscription
All subscription management happens in Settings > Billing. From there you can:
- View your current plan and billing period.
- Update payment method — Change the credit card or payment method on file. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- View billing history — Download invoices for past payments.
- Cancel subscription — Cancel your paid plan. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
Refund policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support@gbppost.com for a full refund.

When you reach a plan limit (e.g., 4 posts on Free, or 1 location on Starter), you will see an upgrade prompt with a clear explanation of what the next plan unlocks. Your existing posts and data are never deleted when hitting a limit.
